Q : メニュー選びについて
白っぽいのと赤っぽいので色を全然違うもののイメージで作りました。
白っぽい方の具は緑にして、赤の方は赤くして。スパイスは臭いで合うものを判断しています。
両方とも鶏肉のだしをベースにしています。メニューはわたしの食べたいカレーです。
あとはイベントのイメージや主催者の好きな物などで決めています。

Q : 定番メニューは？
鶏肉はほとんど毎回使います。鶏肉がいちばん好きなので！

Q : 苦労したこと
自分の求めている味にするのに今も試行錯誤しています。失敗すると本当に震えますね。。。朝になってたりするので。

Q : FOODを始めてから変わったこと
何十人分の量を作れるようになったし、味の感覚や料理になれてきました。繋がりも増えました。
あと道具が揃い始めて、今まで２個の炊飯器を使ってお米を炊いていましたが、一升炊きの炊飯器を購入して、すごく楽になりました。

Q : 普段、家ではどんな料理をつくる？
野菜をたくさん取りたいので野菜たっぷりの料理を作っています。反動で少量なカレーは作れなくなりました。

Q : おふくろの味
ハンバーグとパンケーキ。
ハンバーグは肉汁たっぷりでよくお弁当にも入っていました。
パンケーキは子供の頃よく作ってもらっていて、母のこだわりの作り方があったようです。

Q : 運搬方法
カレーの時は必ず車です。こぼれないように鍋をバスタオルで風呂敷のように包んで運んでいます。ポイントは鍋の取っ手と蓋をタオルで通してギュッと結ぶところです。

『アルペンジロー』
横浜も阪東橋にある、ステーキ屋のような洋食屋のようなお店。チキンカレーに衝撃を受けました！

Q : 音楽について
『heliotrope』
先日のライブがとっても良かった。綺麗で優しいのにやる気がメラメラ湧いてくるのでとっても好きです。

Q : Why did you choose this menu for the event?
I wanted the visual image of contrasting the colors red and white.Making whiter ingredients green and redder ingredients red.For spice, I chose the good combinations of smell.
I used chicken stock for both menues.I made a menu based on what kind of curry I want to eat.
Also, I choose the menu based on the image of the event and the favorite food of the person who coordinates the event.

Q : What is your original menu?
I use chicken most of the time.Because I like Chicken the most !

Q : What is that you had a hard time?
I have been struggling to cook the food so that it tastes how i like it to taste.If my food comes out wrong or takes too long to cook, I get freaked out til the next morning

Q : what has changed since you started FOOD?

Now, I can cook for dozens of people and I got used to a sense of taste and cooking.Now, I am connected to so many other people.
Also, I got a lot of cookware.I used to use 2 rice cookers, but I bought a one big rice cooker which made cooking easier

Q : What kind of menu do you cook in you're house?

I like to eat a lot of vegetables, so i cook a meal with lots of them.I can't cook a small portion of curry rice at home any more, because i make a large portion of it at events.

Q : What is the taste of your mom’s cooking?
Hamburg and pancake.
Often as a kid, I would bring the hamburg with lots of gravy as my lunch box.
My mom would often make a pancake when i was a kid. She was particular about it.

Q : How do you carry all the cooking wear

I take a car if i make curry.I use bath towel( wrap it like Furoshiki) to carry the curry so it will not leak.The way to not let the pot leak is to put the towel through the handles and over the lid to tighten it up.

Q : Your favorite restaurant

"Alpen Giro"
The restaurant is like a steak house or like a European restaurant.I was shocked by their Chicken Curry!
