Q : メニュー選びについて
以前まで、「ビビン丼」を出していたんですが、
お肉を使ったもので他に何かよいものはできないかと考えて、「チャーシュー丼」を選びました。
海老の生春巻きは以前好評だったので、今回もメニューに取り入れました。
「もやしのピリ辛ナムル」「ブロッコリーのナムル」は最近毎回出しています。
「味付け卵」は「チャーシュー丼」のたれでできるので、１セットとして選んでいます。
Q : 苦労したこと
夏にたくさんイベントに誘われたんですが、メニュー選びに苦労しました。
特にもやしが腐りやすく、保冷剤を5~6個入れても厳しいときがありました。
またメニューがどんどん増えてきて、持っていくのが大変です。
毎回、自分のリュックを合わせて5個ぐらい荷物を持ってきているのですが、途中まで一緒に住んでいる友達に手伝ってもらったりとか、いつも周りの人たちに手伝ってもらっています。
Q : 普段、家ではどんな料理をつくる？
最近、ベトナム料理「フォー」をよく作っています。
定番メニューのナムルもよく作ります。
Q : おふくろの味
母はこった料理を作る人でした。
例えば、スペアリブとか、イタリア料理とか。
和食はあまり作らず、みそ汁の代わりにシチューが多かったです。
料理は実家を出てから、作る機会が多くなり始めました。
Q : 運搬方法
キャリーバック、保冷剤バック、トートバック２つ、あとたまに紙袋も使い、
だいたい5~6個を持って基本は電車で移動しています。
Q : よく行くお店
家が調布なんですが、その調布にあるピザ食べ放題のお店によく行きます。

Q : 音楽について
ライブハウスでその時その時に見たものを大事にしています。
いろいろなジャンルの音楽を聞いていますが、最近DJやダンスミュージック系のバンドにはまっています。
今回も出演してくださったDJAE35が別のイベントでDJしている姿をみて、お酒飲みながらDJを楽しむっていいなと刺激を受けました。
Q : Why did you choose this menu for the event?
I used to make bibimbap, but i've been thinking to make something with meat with rice, so i chose rice with roasted pork fillet.
Shrimp summer roll was popular in the last event, so I decided to serve it again in this event
I make spicy namur with bean sprout and namur with broccoli for most of my events recently
I make flavored boiled egg from the soup of roasted pork fillet, so i chose this menu as a set of roasted pork fillet
Q : What is that you had a hard time?
I was invited to many events this past summer, but i had a hard time to choose menus.
Especially, bean sprout spoil easily in the heat, so it was hard to carry them around even if I use 5 or 6 ice packs.
Also, I keep adding more items to the menus, so it is hard to carry them.
Usually I bring 5 bagpacks to the event every time, so my roommate helps me to carry them part of the way, or my friends always help me to carry them.
Q : What kind of menu do you cook in you’re house?
Recently, I make the Vietnamese dish called "pho" very often
I also often make my standard menu "namur".
Q : What is the taste of your mom’s cooking?
My mother cooked very elaborate food
For example, Spare rib and an Italian food
she didn't cook much japanese food. She cooked stew instead of miso soup
I started cooking after i moved out of my parents house.
Q : How do you carry all the cooking wear?
Usually I take the train carrying 5 or 6 bags, including carry bag, ice packs, and 2 tote bags. Sometimes i bring paper bag too.
Q : Your favorite restaurant
I live in Chofu, so i often go to this pizza place where you can eat as much as you want

Q : About music
I value the music overtime i see in a live house
I listen all kinds of music, but i have been listening some DJ and dance music band recently.
When "DJ AE35", who performed tonight, was DJ-ing at another event the other day, I was very impressed they were having fun DJ-ing at the same time drinking with people.
